My wife went there this morning only to be harassed by someone claiming he was the manger I was on the phone with her the entire time after she was done vacuuming her car she was approached by the guy asking her why was she there she told him she needed to vacuum her car and she was waiting for me to meet her there and when I arrived the guy had approached her again when I pulled up he was pointing his finger at her trying to make her turn off her car and roll her windows down yelling at her like she was his kid or something and when I heard the way he was speaking to her I told him that conversation was over then he decided it was a good idea to yell at me and told me I better listen to him because he was the manager while he explained why he thought he needed to be harassing my wife and I told him I didn't care what he had to say because no one doing anything she wasn't out of the car except for vacuuming and then she got back in her car and waited he was so upset for no reason I guess because he is the manager lol so he goes to the back of my car taking pictures of my tag which I don't care because no man well ever yell at my wife and talk to her like a child this is not a revi

This carwash is HORRIBLE and the person who walks around "cleaning" is a mean man. I went this morning and paid for the Premium service through the automatic side. I should have know better as the other was blocked as not working. I went in (as it told) and after the wash covered my car with soap, it just stopped. I back out and told the man and the first thing he did was argue. I told him all I wanted was my money back and my car rinsed off. He said you're not getting your money back but I will rinse your care. I said, no I want my money back too. He said I was getting nothing and told me to leave. He said you're normally a nice guy but you must be having a bad day. I looked at him and said I have never ever met you and have no idea what you're talking about. I had to call the police to get him to rinse but still left without my refund. I have stopped here before on my way early morning on the way to hospital where I work and had issue with their carwash before but never again.
